Monthly Archives: June 2010 We’ll be photographing Leah and Todd’s wedding in Holland this weekend. It should be a beautiful celebration. The bride and groom are planning on sailing into the reception on a sailboat with their wedding party. Here are some photos from their engagement session taken in downtown Holland, Michigan and the Holland State Park on Thanksgiving...  This evening is the opening reception for the Michiana Annual Arts Competition (MAAC) which will begin at 5:30. This is the first time I’ve ever entered the local artists competition at St. Joseph, Michigan’s Box Factory for the Arts, and I am honored that my photograph “Carousel”, featuring one of the figures from the new...  Ok, I’m only going to mention this once, and then I’ll get off my soapbox about it… I think photography contests are kind of silly. That said, I do occasionally enter them. This month, three of our images from 2009 weddings – two in Chicago and one on a beautiful private residence on Lake Michigan...
